Mr. Zheng Zhihai, began his working career from 1968 in Guangxi Branch, China Minmetals Import and Export Corporation. He worked in the Institute of International Trade, Ministry of Foreign Trade, International Trade News as Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Chief Editor of International Business, commercial consul (at counselor’s level) in Chinese Consulate-General in New York, USA, Director-General of the Department of European Affairs, MOFTEC, president of China Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation, and as economic and commercial counselor in Chinese Embassy in Wellington, New Zealand.
